  • Agree to terms and services
  • View vendor list and begin making your selections OR visit the Chatham Design Center to make selections in person, if needed
  • Feeling Stuck? Schedule a meeting with our in-house designer
  • Fill out the intake ticket found on our website with your selections
  • A staff member will email the order link within 48 hours for approval
  • The member approves the order and provides payment
  • Orders are placed within 24-48 hours
  • The member is emailed confirmation of order & delivery status within 72 Hours
  • Staff members track orders and provides member with a weekly update
  • Product arrives to the Chatham Design Center, and is fully unpacked and inspected for correctness and/or damage
  • Product is securely labeled and stored
  • The member is emailed that product has arrived
  • The member picks up product within 5 working days of delivery
  • If delivery has been previously arranged, expeditor assists with the delivery to the member’s home.
